A new electric motorcycle concept called Ichiban feels like it rode straight out of Akira and into the future. The bike strips away everything unnecessary, leaving behind a low, aggressive silhouette with solid wheels, sharp body lines, and a stance that feels more like a machine from an anime than a showroom floor.
Designed by Ivan Zhurba, the bike certainly looks like it landed from the future.

The look is minimalist but muscular. Nothing decorative. Just form, mass, and intent. It is a reminder that electric vehicles do not have to be soft or polite. They can be bold.

Under the skin, the Ichiban concept imagines serious performance. A dual-motor setup pushes roughly 45 kW, with a projected 0 to 100 km/h time of about 3.5 seconds and a range around 250 km.
Fast charging could top the battery back up to 70 percent in half an hour. ABS and traction control are baked in from the start.

Then there is “Godzilla Mode.” One button, full power, maximum torque. It is playful, maybe a little ridiculous, and exactly the kind of personality electric motorcycles need.

Ichiban is still a concept, but it has already won design awards and sparked interest from manufacturers. Whether or not it ever reaches production, it proves something important. The electric future is not just cleaner. It is weirder, faster, and a lot more fun.
