The YKSI electric vehicle, developed by the Dutch company YKSI (also branded as YKS1), is a concept EV designed for ultra-efficient urban commuting.

Weighing just 600 kilograms (approximately 1,323 pounds), it is significantly lighter than many conventional EVs, such as the Tesla Model Y, which can exceed 4,400 pounds.

This reduced weight contributes to lower energy consumption per trip and a smaller environmental footprint during production due to fewer materials being used.

The YKSI features a sleek, modern design with flush door handles and angular headlights. Its slim wheels and the ability to tilt slightly into turns enhance its agility, making it well-suited for navigating tight city traffic.

Despite its compact size, the YKSI offers a top speed of 130 km/h (about 100 mph) and a range of 350 km (218 miles), making it capable for urban and suburban driving.

Currently in the concept stage, YKSI is seeking investors to bring the vehicle to market. Promotional images primarily showcase a silver model, though several color variations are featured, indicating potential customization options in the future.
