Looking more like a rendering that’s been photoshopped into a street photo, Jaguar’s Type 00 Concept made an appearance in Paris for last week’s Fashion Week event.
The low-slung, futuristic saloon turned heads in a stunning French Ultramarine color, and several celebrity guests were able to sit and and take low speed test drives in it.
Because of the color and striking exterior, the Jag looks almost unreal while seen on city streets.
With their ‘modern exuberance’ design language, the brand is boldly stepping in a new direction, despite many critical voices.
We actually love the look of the Type 00, and find the criticism unwarranted. If a smaller brand like Jaguar is going to successfully navigate a journey to an all-electric future, bold moves are needed.
